Ghost Effects gives Windows 2000 and XP users now have a way to have their windows turn transparent when moving or resizing them. The transparent features of these more recent versions of Windows are used so that the window that is being dragged or resized becomes transparent so you can see beneath and look at the contents of other windows. |
